Day 4 of the Champlain Valley Fair and the weather today looks beautiful! Ill have extra of everything with me today and I have a supply drop and some help coming for tomorrow and Wednesday.

We just crossed over 1600 followers on here, up over 100 since the state fair! I want to thank everyone who has stopped by to sample, chat or purchase so far here at Champlain for your support and your patience as I've been tackling this event solo. I'm actually kind of worried I'll run out of jerky before the fair ends! 😬🫨

Find me in the expo south building from noon to 10pm today through friday to try or buy everyones favorite beef and pork jerky!

Just a reminder that I will be at the Champlain Valley Fair until Monday September 7th. I basically do not exist outside of this fair until then as I am staying up here and I have every bag of jerky in existence with me. Any in person sales, website sales and deliveries will be done/schedule after my return on the 7th.

Brought extra jerky yesterday, bringing extra extra jerky today 😅. Bins restocked and headed to day 3 of the Champlain Valley Fair shortly. Come see me in the expo south building to try some samples or restock on your favorites!

Not a bad start for what other vendors were calling a "slow first day"! Longer day tomorrow, 10am to 10pm.... which means 9am to 11pm for me. Hope I brought enough jerky 😬🤞
