We plan to make twice as many chicken taquitos as we did the last time! Those have been surprisingly popular and we ran out early so we’re prepared to make more this week. We also have a fun treat planned for Friday!

We have taco salad for lunch today! It’s tortilla chips, taco meat with a bit of a kick (but not too much!), cheese, salsa, lettuce, and sour cream. It’s just the right size and only $5.99 so you have room for your drink and a cookie 😉.
