I'd like to make a introduction post!!

My name is Chris my wife Kim and Son Jaxson are so excited to be following a dream we've had!! Being able to have our own place that we can provide food we love to a community we love!!

I have 20yrs in the kitchen along with 2yrs of culinary school. I love making meals that remind you of dinner at your Grandparents all the way down to burgers.

Kim can make some amazing gravy and other dishes along with desserts!!

Jaxson loves learning but won't be cooking of course but he will keep you company as you wait and he can take orders!!

We are doing a pop up kitchen style till we can get our food trailer finished. For now we are running till snow hits the ground then it'll be catering only till snow clears we will post daily our location and times. 4 days a week 2 being the weekend we will be doing breakfast then weekend only for dinner unless we have a bigger crowd for during the week.
