Our 4-H kiddos got together yesterday and packed snack boxes and delivered them around town. Despite the cold they delivered homemade goodies and had a great time. We sure missed the ones that couldnt make it. I love seeing our kids involved and becoming community leaders. These kids are pretty special! If you are looking for a 4-H home we meet the second Thursday of every month :)

What a wonderful evening. Earlier this year our 4Hers worked as a group and one on one with the EHC ladies to make quilts to hand out to our local veterans. The kids each got to pick which veteran they gave their quilt to. This was special for the kids and the vets. So thankful for all of our service Men and women. These kiddos are pretty special too! 💕

Sidney 4H kids have been busy bees the last couple of months. We have been extremely blessed and want to give a big shout out to Sharp County EHC ladies for their assistance on our sewing projects. We also want to thank Mr. Joe and Mrs. Peggy Ashker for the woodworking/ birdhouse making class today. We truly appreciate the help from these fine folks and couldn't do it without them. If you are looking for a 4H home we would love to have you!

Sidney 4H had a busy March! We met and painted our float props, we decorated potatoes for the contest, and had a big time. But our close neighboring town was hit with a tornado and many of our 4H kids were out with their parents assisting where they could. They may be small but assisting with clean up or delivering a meal was a big service for these kiddos. I am proud of these kids and I'm so happy to be a small part of their 4H journey. Enjoy these pictures from the past month.

The Sidney 4H Club will meet tomorrow 3/13/25 at 6:00 at the Sidney Community Center. Come join the fun as we continue to work on our float for Saturday and decorate our potatoes for the contest. Kids wear old clothes as we will be working with paint, glue and glitter. If you don't have a home club and want to join us we welcome you!

Some of our Sidney 4H Club kiddos (and parents) got together this morning to paint props for our float in the upcoming Sidney St Patrick's Day parade. They did so good painting and I can't wait to see the finished product!
