We had a great time yesterday and today getting into the fall spirit! 🍁 Our individuals enjoyed spending time at the fire station and helping decorate for the upcoming fall season. 🎃🍂

It was a wonderful opportunity to work together, be creative, practice community involvement, and enjoy some time outside of the center. We love making memories while learning and building meaningful connections within our community! ❤️

🌟 Another Great Day at the Dayhab! 🌟

Today was filled with positive experiences, movement, learning, and time spent together! ☕️😊

We started the morning by greeting staff and peers, enjoying morning coffee, and participating in our morning meeting. We got our bodies moving with morning exercise and a walk before heading out into the community for an outing to Boomland! 🛍️🚐

After our outing, we enjoyed a delicious lunch of cheeseburgers and fries 🍔🍟, followed by life skills activities and some relaxing classroom free time.

It was a wonderful day full of community participation, socialization, healthy routines, independence, and learning! 💙

✨ Another productive day at the Dayhab! ✨

We started the day by greeting staff and peers, enjoying morning coffee, attending our morning meeting, and getting some exercise in! ☕️💪

Today’s lesson focused on appropriate appointment behavior and how to conduct ourselves in public. We then headed out for a community outing to the New Madrid Historic Museum 🏛️, giving everyone an opportunity to practice community skills and socialization.

Afterward, we enjoyed a delicious lunch of pork chops, rice, and gravy 🍽️, followed by life skills, classroom free time, and continued opportunities for independence and choice-making.

🎉🎂 Another Fun-Filled Day at the Dayhab! 🛍️🛒

We had a wonderful day celebrating our August birthdays with lots of smiles, laughter, and birthday fun! 🎈🎁 We also enjoyed a trip to the flea market, where everyone had the opportunity to browse, explore, and practice community skills.

We wrapped up the day with some grocery shopping, working on important everyday skills like making choices, finding items, budgeting, and navigating the store. 🛒💰

It was a busy day filled with celebrating, learning, exploring, and making memories! ❤️🎉

Today was all about taking some time to relax, recharge, and have a little fun! 🧘‍♀️✨ Our individuals enjoyed some friendly games, laughter, and positive social interaction while practicing the importance of self-care.

We kicked off the morning with coffee, greetings, our morning meeting, and some movement to get everyone energized! ☕️🧘‍♀️

Then it was off to Peer Impact for a fun community outing! 🚌✨ Afterward, everyone enjoyed a delicious chicken salad sandwich and chips for lunch. 🥪😋

The afternoon included life-skills activities, a relaxing ride through the community, and some well-deserved classroom free time. 🎶🚗🎨

Our day was filled with smiles, learning, movement, and plenty of fun! 😊

☕ We started the morning by greeting staff and peers, enjoying morning coffee, and participating in our morning meeting and exercise.
🎳 We headed out into the community for an outing to Five Below and practiced important community skills.
🍕 After working up an appetite, we enjoyed pizza for lunch!
🧠 We worked on life skills, played games, and enjoyed some classroom free time.
🚐 We also practiced responsibility and teamwork while helping fill up the vans.

It was a great day full of learning, independence, socialization, and fun! 💙 We’re proud of everyone for participating and working toward their individual goals.

🌞✨ Another Fun & Productive Day at the Center! ✨🌞

Our day was filled with learning, community involvement, creativity, and plenty of opportunities to practice important life skills! 💙

☕ We started the morning by greeting staff and peers and enjoying some coffee before our morning meeting.
🧴 We learned about sun safety and why protecting ourselves from the sun is so important!
🤝 We headed out to volunteer at the food bank, giving back to our community and practicing teamwork.
🎨 We enjoyed some relaxing creative time working on coloring sheets.
🍽️ At lunchtime, everyone had a choice between a healthy-choice meal or Rotel nachos with fruit.
💰 We practiced budgeting skills during our Walmart outing.
🧠 We also worked on life skills and had classroom free time to enjoy independent activities and personal interests.

Throughout the day, staff provided protective oversight and encouragement while supporting independence, decision-making, social skills, and community participation. 🌟

🌟 Another Great Day at the Center! 🌟

Our individuals had a busy and meaningful day filled with learning, socialization, and opportunities to build independence! 💙

The day included morning coffee, our morning meeting, exercise, and a valuable money management lesson focused on budgeting and making responsible spending choices. 💰 We were also excited to welcome a CPA guest speaker, who shared helpful information and encouraged our individuals to continue building important financial skills.

Everyone also participated in life-skills activities, enjoyed lunch, had opportunities for classroom free time, and participated in community outings. 🚐✨ These activities allowed our individuals to practice communication, decision-making, community safety, social skills, and independence in real-world settings.

We love watching everyone learn, participate, and grow each day! 🥰👏

Learning today, building independence for tomorrow! 💙
