Have you ever wondered how egg companies label their eggs as large or Xtra large?

They get weighed! Granted the larger companies have amazing machines to do the washing and grading, but as a small family owned farm.... we are in the hand washing and hand inspecting part of our journey and we have hand washed and inspected over 12,000 pasture raised eggs within our 1st year of business!
