Hill View Farm At Hill View Farm we raise Dexter cows. Our cows grow up on abundant and lush Chatham County grasses so we can offer delicious lean grass finished beef.

Dexter cows are a heritage Irish breed. We raise them because they are gentle and they finish really well on grass. Our cows only eat grass, so our beef is lean, delicious and nutritious. Our beef is free of antibiotics and hormones.
