Happy spring everyone! We’re so excited to welcome everyone back for our first OPEN FARM day of 2026 on Saturday, May 9th from 1:00–4:00 PM at Camanna’s Petite Paradise in Siletz!

This will be our sixth year of OPEN FARM days, and we’re looking forward to another beautiful spring afternoon filled with animals, flowers, fellowship, and the simple joy of time spent on the farm.

Since it is Mother’s Day weekend, it is a lovely time to bring Mom to the farm, gather the family, or simply come enjoy a peaceful outing in the country together.

Guests will be able to visit 12 species of animals and over 150 animals total, including our beloved Valais Blacknose sheep and lambs, Nigerian Dwarf dairy goats, livestock guardian dogs (Dante pictured here), giant rabbits, alpacas, Kunekune pigs, ducks, turkeys, tiny chickens, our miniature horse, and more. We will likely also have newly hatched chicks to enjoy!

We’ll have free prizes, home-baked cookies and milk, flowers, and our always-popular spin wheel with fun farm favorites and little prizes guests have come to love.

Everyone is welcome — whether you stop by for a little while or stay and enjoy the whole afternoon with us. We always love the chance to reconnect with familiar faces, welcome new ones, and share the beauty and joy of farm life together.

OPEN FARM is free to attend, and donations are always welcomed and appreciated. A suggested donation of $5 per person or $20 per family is appreciated, but never required. Donations help support Camanna’s Trinity Haven, our official nonprofit, and may be tax-deductible.

🌧️🌤️ Showers or Shine — Our LAST Open Farm Day of the Season! 🌤️🌧️

We’re opening the farm one last time this season — this Saturday afternoon! 🐑💛

Come meet little Prada, our adorable three-week-old Valais Blacknose lamb, and say hello to the growing quintuplet kids before they head off to new adventures!

🎃 We’ll also be hiding some pretty pumpkins in the pond pasture — finders keepers!

🍪 Homemade cookies are in the oven, and yes — the prize wheel will be spinning! Win some home grown tomatoes or eggs or cookies or a GOAT Hike!!!???!!!

We will also have our “Build a Bouquet” station open again! 🌸 Choose five flower stems to create your own mini bouquet, or design something fuller and fancier by adding extra stems for $1 each. A perfect little take-home blessing from the farm! 💐

We’re a bit short on help this week (and the weather’s keeping us guessing), so we truly appreciate your patience — or even your helping hands! 🤗 Remember cash donations are very much appreciated! It takes funds to do what we do at the OPEN FARM days!

Come enjoy a peaceful, joy-filled afternoon on our 30-acre mini farm and ranch! Whether you're here to meet the animals, enjoy the flowers, or just soak up some fresh country air, there’s something magical waiting for you.
🐐 Meet our menagerie of farm animals: twelve species – about 175 farm animals and poultry total!
• Bouncing quintuplet goat kids – and about 50 other miniature (Nigerian) goats!
• Valais Blacknose lambs – “cutest breed of sheep in the world!”
• Giant bunnies – one of the biggest breeds in the world
• Dante, our gentle livestock guard dog (one of six livestock guard dogs protecting the many precious animals here)
• Zinfy, our friendly VBN sheep who thinks she is a goat
• Ducks, chickens, and turkeys
• Wander in the pasture with the flocks and herds
• And maybe even some alpaca and llama greetings!
🐣 Take a turn in the "petting paradise" - giant rabbits, goofy ducks, a big fluffy lamb, seven frolicking goat kids, and more!
🌸 Flowers Everywhere!
The farm is bursting with color, even this late in the season—thousands of blooms to admire!
Create a sweet mini bouquet (five flowers are free) or build a larger one for a $1 per stem.
