Effective Tuesday, June 6, 2023, 28 Springs and The Roost will officially close its doors as a restaurant.

The talented chefs and staff at 28 Springs and The Roost brought a unique dining experience to downtown Siloam Springs, representing the best of bringing good relationships and good food together.

The 28 Springs building will become the new home for the Simmons Foods Research & Development team. The Simmons R&D team provides culinary and technical support for our poultry and pet food customers across the globe. Moving more staff to a third downtown Siloam Springs location for Simmons Foods will help support the other restaurants and retailers in the area.
