Have you ever been to a flag retirement ceremony?

This Saturday, June 13th at 11:00 a.m., our local VFW will be holding a flag retirement ceremony.

Aubrey’s Farm Stand Adventures loves participating when we can, and this is a wonderful opportunity to bring the kiddos and let them learn how an American flag is properly retired with honor and respect.

Aubrey did such a great job at her piano recital today! 🎹💕

We are so proud of how far she has come and how much she continues to grow.

Today she played Down By the Bay and The Ice Skaters on her own, and then played Pagoda in the Purple Mist with her teacher, Anita M Lingerfelt.

Anita is an amazing piano teacher, and Aubrey has been blessed to learn from her since she was 4 years old. We are so thankful to have Anita in our lives and grateful for the time, patience, and encouragement she has poured into Aubrey over the years.

A little glimpse from today’s recital with Michele Ross Studios. 🎶

Aubrey is still new to the studio, so she chose a song she was already familiar with and we are so proud of her for getting up there and sharing her voice.

It was such a sweet day watching these girls sing, perform, and encourage one another. We are thankful for new opportunities, new friendships, and a day full of blessings. 💕

Today was such a special day for Aubrey! 💕

Aubrey participated in a recital with Michele Ross Studios, which she is now a part of. Since she is new to the studio, she sang a song she was already familiar with and she did such a great job!

She also made a new friend, Addie Hobson, who did an amazing job singing and acting. It was so sweet to watch these girls share their talents and encourage one another.

It was a beautiful day filled with blessings, and we are so proud of Aubrey and Addie! 🌸🎶

Aubrey has officially adopted her, and we have a feeling these two girls are going to be spoiled, loved, and part of plenty of farm adventures together.

Farm life teaches a lot of lessons… and sometimes it teaches them the hard way. ❤️

While we were petting Theo and putting fly spray on him, he accidentally stepped on Aubrey’s foot. Of course, it scared her and hurt, but she handled it like such a champ.

She didn’t panic. She didn’t scream. She stayed as calm as she could and carefully backed away from him the best she could.

We immediately assessed her foot, gave her lots of love, and quickly discovered that cartoons and chocolate make situations like this a whole lot better. 🍫📺

Life on a farm comes with bumps, bruises, and unexpected moments, but it also gives kids courage, responsibility, and a whole lot of stories to tell. ❤️🐴

Please pray her foot is better soon! ❤️🙏
