So the judges liked my brisket in the cook off a few weeks ago.

Progress has been slow but I can assure you that I’m going to have the restaurant ready to open as soon as possible. Paying for everything out of pocket and doing majority of the work by myself is taking longer than expected.

With that being said I’ll be excepting applications soon for cashier, servers, kitchen staff. PM me for more info.

‼️‼️The answer to everyone’s question!! ‼️

We are more than ready to be open to the public. But at this time some changes are being made inside the building. In the beginning of this journey we wanted to use our food trailer to start and eventually get into the kitchen at a later date. But with this Texas heat it quickly changed our minds. 🥵 My husband is there everyday handling up on things by himself most of the time so please be patient as we get the kitchen setup how he wants/needs it to be!

We can’t wait to finally be open to serve our community! 🤍

WOW!!! Didn’t expect to have 400 followers already and my doors aren’t open yet. Thank you for your support and bare with me as I’m getting EVERYTHING lined out (setting up inside and outside dining, credentials, inspections, permits, fire marshal and so on). This process is slow rollin (just like my BBQ) but I promise it’s well worth the wait. That being said if you have ever had my cooking feel free to leave a review and rate my page.

Sausage, boudain, cream cheese, bacon, sauce and a few seasonings

Pinwheeled a pork loin, made a smoked specialty pinwheel wrapped in bacon, grilled a few stuffed burgers, smoked a little boudain, grilled a couple poppers and peppers today.
