So the judges liked my brisket in the cook off a few weeks ago.
Progress has been slow but I can assure you that I’m going to have the restaurant ready to open as soon as possible. Paying for everything out of pocket and doing majority of the work by myself is taking longer than expected.
With that being said I’ll be excepting applications soon for cashier, servers, kitchen staff. PM me for more info.
