*Starting late April through early September
*Wage dependent on experience. $20-$25 per hour
*30 to 40 hours per week.
*Setting interviews now.
*Possibility of housing for the right person.

We are looking for a candidate passionate and dedicated to growing high quality, certified organic produce. Are you looking for a challenge that is incredibly rewarding? Wanting to learn the details of running the farm: the farm planning process, the ins and outs of organic certification, food safety certification?
Do you love working in an environment that values positive outlooks and team problem solving efforts? Is working outdoors an important part of your life?

Required Skills
*A strong team player with a positive mindset in difficult/challenging situations.
*Enjoys team problem solving innovative solutions to improve the day to day issues arising during the season.
*Ability and willingness to work in all kinds of weather.
*Perform physical tasks: lifting/moving up to 60 lbs., operating a BCS walk behind tractor, climbing ladders to trellis tomatoes, planting, weeding, digging, harvesting, cleaning, packing, fertilizing.
*Organized and efficient in filling out reports and performing tasks.
*On-farm work experience or comparable work experience.
*Would like someone with management skills or with experience in customer service positions.

Looking for a person(s) hooked on following their dream of farming and playing in the beautiful Colorado Rocky Mountains-rafting, hiking, biking, climbing and so much more.

*Food Safety Certification and food safety practices
*Be part of planning and implementing the growing season.
*Assist in managing CSA, Farmer’s Market, and spring plant sales.
*Greenhouse management practices
*Irrigation management
*Integrated Pest Management
*Fertilizing
*Marketing
*All the activities in growing-bed preparation, seeding, transplanting, weeding, harvesting and packing.
*All the amazing rewards that come with working with the soil and nature to provide the community with beautiful, healthy, organic food!
