Greenhouse Technicians will harvest, stake, seed, transplant, take out plants, amend pots/beds, and participate in daily farm operating procedures when needed, as well as work on various farm projects. Individuals must have a good work ethic and must also be able to follow instructions.

A greenhouse technician must be able to do the following easily and safely:

• Lift and carry 50 lbs
• Be on your feet for the duration of the work day
• Pull a 125 gallon water tank on a wagon
• Be able to work in a bending position

Hours and Compensation:
Greenhouse Technicians will be a full time, year round position. Work hours will average between 20-60 hours per week Pay period is bi-weekly
$15-20 hourly based on experience
