Annie’s Henbit Blossom jelly. She really wanted to try this so we did. It took a while collecting only the blossoms. 😂

Similar method as the dandelion jelly minus any extracts.

Dandelion season means for dandelion jelly! Somewhat followed the recipe below except used orange extract, vanilla extract and citric acid powder with a little reduced sugar.

Time for another batch of kimchi!

Here we grow again! Started seeds a couple weeks ago. It took everything in me to not start super early… like in January…

I haven’t touched the garden for over a year. Just got really busy with a baby and animals and all the animal babies last year 😂. So it’s been a long early Spring of cleaning all the WEEDS. The jungle of weeds. But the kids and I are super excited to get in the dirt this year.

Something new I’m excited for are all the yarrow flowers as well as catmint and alyssum.

A batch of pineapple ginger kombucha!

-3 cups pineapple juice
-1/2 fresh ginger root in thin slivers
-1/4 fresh pineapple in spears
-2 gallons of F1 kombucha
Leave for 3 days then bottle!
