We heard Sundays are for resting… but we’re over here putting in work on these pork belly burnt ends. 💪🏼

Thick cubes of pork belly, basically candied bacon steak, smoked low and slow, tossed in our house seasoning and sauce, then put back on the smoker until the edges get that perfect caramelized crisp! 🤤

They’re rich, they’re decadent, and they’re not for the faint of heart… but that’s part of their charm. If you’ve never tried them, consider this your sign to treat yo self!
