Have you ever heard that good hot coffee on a hot day makes you feel cool? Well if your not buying it or you just like a super good mellow concentrated cold brew/coffee on ice, try doing an Aeropress into a cup of maybe a little sugar and then add ice and a little heavy cream, skip the calories if you like.
This takes cold brew to a whole new level, smooth, delicious and quick. Aeropress will also do a quick traditional cold brew in about 2 min. See video.

Ahh, good black naturally sweet out of the roaster coffee is sooo good for you. You'll find me chewing on a bean after the coffee is done in the cooling bin. Just to see how sweet it will be before even brewing it.

New findings show that not only is coffee safe, but specific amounts could actually be beneficial for people that suffer from heart disease.

My advertisement for Rock Auto (on the chaff clean out maintenance door). It covers up the chaff fire that happened before rebuilt from 3 Crows Cafe, Delano, Mn.
This is an early to mid 1980s Diedrich IR12 coffee roaster originally built in Costa Mesa CA. and one of the first built ever and includes the decorative charge chute on top. Nice workmanship not found in newer equipment. Now made in Ponderay Idaho. The first Diedrich Infrared Roasters also had a reflective stainless surround on the outside of the rotating drum for an even better I.R. heat transfer around the entire circumference of the rotating drum. This all says engineering and thought of gentle roast control. Nice touch. Now it is up to me..pressure, haha.
Still learning and i will be the rest of my life and into life with my Savior Jesus. Truth.
