Due to the big response to our first ground beef sale this winter (everything was reserved and spoken for in the first week!), we have scheduled another round of it. This round of ground beef will be available mid-February, but make sure to reserve yours early!

Grilling season is right around the corner! Make sure to stock up your freezer for those occasions! Don't take the chance on low quality, preservative packed supermarket beef. All our packages are double freezer paper wrapped and flash frozen for to keep maximum quality while storing in the freezer and during thawing for the grill.

For anyone interested in a 1/2 or 1/4 beef processed to your personal preferences, we have an opening this week. All you have to do is let us know, then call the butcher (Lemler Locker - Bourbon, IN) to set up processing instructions and your beef will be ready in about 2 weeks. Let us know if you're interested or have any questions!
