I’m super passionate about creating the things that I imagine. It’s one of my greatest gifts to the world and myself. Developing cocktail recipes is something I enjoy the most! It’s actually something that found me and over the past year I have leaned in and created a lane for fresh craft cocktails. Finding time to create can be challenging at times, but I’ve found that saying no to extra obligations and creating boundaries really opens doors for me to do what I truly value and all of my creative passions.

My cocktail style is all about building flavors and incorporating fresh ingredients to achieve a balanced cocktail. I added a touch of sweetness with elderflower syrup and complemented the passionfruit with an orange liqueur. No spritz is complete without prosecco which adds balance and bubbly. The flavors are refreshing and bold.

Green Tea Passionfruit Spritz
Ingredients:
• 1 oz Elderflower Liqueur
• .5 oz Grand Marnier
• 4 oz Pure Leaf Passionfruit Green Tea
• Ice
• Prosecco
• Fresh passionfruit or flower for garnish
Instructions:
Pour the elderflower liqueur, Grand Marnier, and Pure Leaf Passionfruit Green Tea into a shaker and add in the ice. Shake until chilled. Add ice to a wine glass and pour the cocktail over the ice. Top with Prosecco and garnish with half a passionfruit or flower.
