I want to give back.
When we had Freeman, those first two months were HARD. He had his days and nights mixed up, breast feeding was a nightmare, I was an emotional mess, and Mark was spread so thin I thought he was going to fall over at any point. Going from three to four kids was quite the transition for us!
THANKFULLY we had my mom that helped us tremendously, my cousin who stopped in to bring goodies and listen to me cry, and neighbors that made sure we had dinner every night. Not everyone has the support we had.
Around the 2 month mark when I was able to think straight, I started thinking about the growing families that don't have the support we had. The mama who didn't have anyone to cry with at 2am, the dads that suddenly got everything put on their shoulders, the older kids that just got pushed aside temporarily. I wanted to help them but I was too freshly post partum to help anyone.
Well, I'm ready now. I want to help make sure a mama knows she's not alone, a dad doesn't wonder how he's going to handle everything by himself while taking care of a new baby and a post partum wife, and kids that are feeling something they've never experienced.
❤️ If your family is growing or you know someone expecting please have them reach out to me. I would love to make them dinner and a goody bag full of MA's products for free. I would like to help one family a month, maybe two if I can!
❤️ If you would like to donate to help me pay for the meals, please reach out to me.
