We are a small Nevada farm, selling what we grow via Direct Sales to individuals, families, area retailers. We also have a working member CSA (aka) Food-for-Work Program, where our volunteers earn a weekly share of what we produce, in exchange for up to 5 hours of volunteering, each week. Our Specialty in addition to A-Z produce is Hoop-House grown Hawaiian Ginger, a "tropical" rhizome harveste

d to order, between September though Thanksgiving. You may always call to see what is available, seasonally, to harvest or from storage. We sell direct at the farm, by pre-order appointment, only.

**Calling all desert dwellers with green thumbs (or those who want them!) **

We're Custom Gardens Organic Farm, a small organic farm established in 1988 by a couple passionate about bringing fresh, healthy food to our community. We believe everyone deserves access to high-quality produce, and that's why we offer volunteer opportunities!

**Here's the deal:**

* Learn how to grow your own organic food in our desert climate (it's challenging but rewarding!)
* Help us cultivate a thriving farm and give back to the community.
* Take home FREE produce that you helped grow as a thank you for your time!
*Volunteers work just one (5 hour) day a week

We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our team. No experience necessary, just a willingness to learn and get your hands dirty.

We also have a working member CSA (aka) Food-for-Work Program, where our volunteers earn a weekly share of what we produce, in exchange for up to 5 hours of volunteering, each week. Our Specialty in addition to A-Z produce is Hoop-House grown Hawaiian Ginger and Red "Stem" Turmeric. two tropical rhizomes harvested to order, between September though Thanksgiving (sometimes mid-December if crop is not sold out sooner) .
