Our sweet girl Lily crossed over the rainbow bridge yesterday. She went to her favorite place - the beach - yesterday and had a pup cup and spent the day with some of her favorite people. We already miss her so much. She will forever be our Lily Goat and I’m glad I get to see her face every day over the garage. We know she will take care of Gigi and Gigi will take care of her up in heaven.

Please forgive us for the lack of posting lately. Our Gigi (Tiff’s mom) was in the hospital and lost her fight with her medical conditions on Sunday afternoon. Please keep our family in your prayers. She loved to visit with the baby goats! We turned her from an animal observer to an animal lover in the few years we have had the farm. We all miss her so much already…

Oreo is heading to the farmswap this weekend looking for his forever farm!

We will be in Interlachen, FL on Saturday with Frollo and Oreo and a bunch of bunnies and eggs if anyone wants to come out and visit and go home with one of our precious babies.

Our peach tree finally has a full size peach growing on it! I can’t wait to try it when it’s ripe!!

Homesteading is about learning as you go (especially for those of us who did not grow up farming).

We had this great idea to have a colony style bunny area.

This was great in theory - grass and family etc - but in reality, keeping up with all that p**p, keeping babies safe and healthy, managing pregnancies, is all really difficult this way.

We are currently working on moving to a cage system that is off the ground. So far, the bunnies seem to love it! And we are able to give the moms a break so they are not pregnant all the time.

3 more cages left to build, but this is what we have so far. ❤️🐰

Also, if you are local and looking for meat or pet rabbits, we have some ready to go to their new homes.
