🍻 New B**r Release! 🍻

The forest has been listening and watching, waiting for something special ...

Our latest b**r is The Owl's Omen Barleywine. The Owl's Omen is an english style barleywine made with english malts and hops. The b**r is medium-sweet with a reasonably dry finish for the style. Tasting notes of dark fruits, toffee, and caramel. 9.9% ABV 45 IBU.

We also have a new batch of our award-winning Scottish Wee Heavy back on tap. Our Oktoberfest is very good again this year. Mexican Hot Chocolate Stout is really good with nice spice on the finish. Our Lost In A Forest spruce tip IPA is great too.

B**r releases coming up:

Dark 'N Dirty Imperial Stout
Peanut Butter Cup Stout
Kolsch
Night Shift Winter Ale
German Pilsner

Cheers! 🍻

We have a few b**ry updates for you ...

Our Spruce Tip IPA "Lost in a Forest" (cue Mr. Smith) is back on tap with fresh spruce tips from this springs harvest. Lost in a Forest is a West Coast IPA (Centennial, Mosaic and Cascade) with the added berry and pine flavors from the spruce tips. It uses 3 # / bbl in the whirlpool and 4 # / bbl in the fermenter for a bold spruce expression unlike any other. 6.5% ABV 45 IBU

We have Fremont's 2026 Release of Rusty Nail on tap. Rusty Nail is a bourbon barrel aged imperial stout with brewers licorice and cinnamon. Restrained barrel character and minimal adjunct additions makes this a really nice barrel aged b**r where you can actually taste the richness of the base b**r. 15.2% ABV 40 IBU

We also brewed our Mexican Hot Chocolate Stout yesterday - so look out for it back on tap in about 4 weeks.

Cheers!🍻
