✨ NOW ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS! ✨

Looking for a space to slow down, work through what’s weighing on you, and start moving toward feeling more like yourself again? 💛

I’m currently accepting new clients with several options to make therapy fit more easily into your life:

📍 Fairhope — In-person sessions
📍 Mobile — In-person sessions
💻 Telehealth — Virtual sessions
🐴 Equine-Assisted Therapy — Ages 4–21

I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, and more.

🌿 Interested in Equine Therapy?

Equine-assisted therapy is available for children and young adults ages 4–21. Because equine work is incorporated as part of the therapeutic process, participants must either:

• Be currently established in therapy with a counselor, OR
• Complete an in-office session with me for assessment and approval prior to beginning equine sessions.

No horse experience is necessary! 🐴🤎

✨ New client openings are currently available in Fairhope, Mobile, Telehealth, and Equine-Assisted Therapy.

Send me a message for more information, availability, or to get started!

✨ Back-to-School Season Means New Beginnings! 🍎🐴

As a new school year begins, I’m excited to continue serving children, teens, and young adults through Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy.

Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, or simply needs a different environment to connect and grow, the barn offers a unique space where healing happens naturally.

🌿 Now accepting new clients ages 4–21.

Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy combines evidence-based therapeutic approaches with meaningful interactions alongside horses to help clients:

• Build confidence
• Improve emotional regulation
• Strengthen communication skills
• Develop healthy coping strategies
• Process difficult emotions in a safe, supportive environment

If you’ve been considering therapy for your child or teen, I’d love to answer your questions and help you determine if equine-assisted psychotherapy is a good fit.

📩 Feel free to message me for more information or to schedule an appointment.

June is Men's Mental Health Month 💙
Men face stress, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, and life challenges too. Yet many suffer in silence because they feel pressure to "be strong" or handle everything on their own.

This month, let's encourage the men in our lives to talk, seek support, and prioritize their mental and emotional well-being. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness—it is a sign of courage.

"Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ." — Galatians 6:2

If you're struggling, you don't have to face it alone.

Excuse our mess life has been busy!

What makes a horse great? Is it their talents? Their training or experience? What about their papers?

The answer to the question is actually based off how we as humans measure success.

For us, it’s this 30 year old gelding. Over the last 9 years we have watched him turn someone’s sorrow into joy. Tears into laughter. We have watched him take the timid rider and turn them into champions in the show rings. He gives the blind eyes to see and the deaf ears to hear. He is patient and doesn’t move an inch when those brushing him may not be necessarily aware of their own surroundings.

He may not have all of his teeth, he may be hard to keep weight. But he is YOUR success story.

Thank you Ace ♥️
