Important information to know before placing an order:
1. ALL orders are made to order- I DO NOT KEEP INVENTORY!
2. There is an order MINIMUM required- 1 dozen (12ct).
3. All orders over 3 dozen (36+) require a 50% non refundable deposit based on cookie purchase, this is DUE on the day you place your order.
4. All 'local' orders over 3 dozen will require a 3 day notice prior to request date.

rders that require Alt. delivery methods will require a 2 week notice prior to request date- these time frames allow me to be able to process and "deliver" them to ensure their freshness.
6. Holidays: This will require at least a 3 week notice for the same reasons.
7. If no date is requested then your order will be processed in the order it is received, with updates to keep you informed of the expected day to deliver or to be processed for Alt delivery.
8. VERY IMPORTANT: all orders are required to be paid in full before "delivery"! - The ONLY exception is CASH orders less then 3 dozen and within a 20 mile radius of my kitchen.
9. Custom cookie flavors- are subject to price difference based on ingredients and taste perfection.
10. Forms of payment that are accepted: Paypal- Debit/credit, Venmo, Zelle, Money orders: made out to "Mistie Garvin", and Cash.
-Delivery-
1. Free delivery- 10 mile radius of my kitchen.
2. $10 fee: 11-20 mile radius of my kitchen.
3. $20 fee: beyond 20 miles with 60 miles being max.
4. "delivery" is available- cost will depend on weight, size of box, and location.- OVER NIGHT is not offered.
5. All fees will be discussed and then applied to invoice.
6. Contactless delivery- Payment will be processed through PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle and must be paid in full. Someone will need to be present at delivery to take the cookies inside- I WILL NOT just drop off if the product(s) are going to sit outside all day.
-HOW TO ORDER-
1. Look through the menu/photo album section for all cookie options and pricing.
2. Once you have decided on your wants and desires then you will need to message me via messenger or you can email me your request(s). INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
* First & Last Name
* EMAIL/Phone Number/ Best contact time
* Address for delivery
* Date Requested by (Example: if you need cookies by Easter then please include this information if not you may not get them in time).
* Your cookie order details
* Payment Method
5. Once order is received we will discuss payment, delivery methods, and other potential costs before I send you an invoice (an email is required).
6. PLEASE ALLOW 24 HOURS for responses.

*Pop-up Shop*- will be a 1-3 day only sale day where I offer cookies of a mixed variety in limited quantity.
-This would be the perfect time to try new flavors!
-Alt 'delivery' will have a 24hour turn around- same fees applied.

My kitchen is NOT a GLUTEN FREE/NUT FREE environment. All products will be labeled that contain an allergen and will be listed in multiple other areas through out my page, invoices, menu, and else where products are concerned. Under this law I am responsible to label the following allergens: EGGS, NUTS, SOY, PEANUTS, MILK, and WHEAT. If you have another allergen other then these listed PLEASE message me before placing an order so I can verify ingredients lists for you.
