Know where you food comes from, by buying direct from the grower. We just restocked our beef and have lots of specialty steak cuts and items such as flat iron steak, bavette steak, homeade hotdogs, and summer sausage (available at EZ Orchards and Fordyce Farms too). Our beef is raised on our farm in Silverton, without anibiotics or hormones. They are pasture raised and grain finished for the best flavor. And of course, we have the classics such as ground beef, ribeyes and new york steaks. Prices and cuts available are listed below.
