Onion harvest keeps us busy, too. Running one harvester, 3-5 trucks, depending on the distance from the field to the onion shed (we have 4 fields and three different shed locations). Three people running the boxer, and another three on forklifts (the third one is stacking in the shed). Its a dusty job, but always rewarding to see the sheds fill up.
