Amish Wedding Steak 🍄
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 can mushrooms (or fresh)
2 cups crushed soda crackers
2 cups milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can of water (use soup can for measurement)
Salt and pepper to taste
Flour (for coating)
Butter (for browning)
Instructions:
Prepare the Meat Mixture:
Mix ground beef, crushed soda crackers, milk, diced onion, and seasonings. Pat the mixture into a square cake pan and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat and Slice:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the meat into squares.
Brown the Patties:
Coat the patties in flour and brown them in butter.
Bake with Gravy:
Place the browned patties in a baking dish. Mix the cream of mushroom soup, water, and mushrooms, then pour over the patties.
Bake:
Bake for 90 minutes, or until cooked through and tender

INGREDIENTS
• ½ cup butter (softened)
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• ½ cup cocoa
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1-2 tablespoons milk
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat butter on medium speed for a minute or so until light and fluffy. Carefully add the powdered sugar, cocoa, vanilla and 1 tablespoon milk. Stir slowly until combined and then beat on high speed for 2 minutes until fluffy. Add additional milk as needed to create a smooth consistency for frosting.

Sloppy Joe Casserole - Don't lose this
Ingredients
1lb cooked extra lean ground beef
1 cup diced onions
1 can of sloppy joe sauce (manwich) 398ml
⅔ cup light shredded mozzarella cheese
1 7.5oz can of pillsbury biscuits (In the 4 value pack, you can use bigger biscuits and weigh out or increase points)
1.5 Tbsp melted reduced calorie margarine
2 cloves fresh garlic, diced
1 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
Cook your ground beef and onions on the stove in a pan, drain.
Preheat oven to 350F, spray a 9 inch square dish.
Add your sauce to your meat and simmer on low for 5 minutes, stirring well.
Pour meat mixture into your dish, top with cheese.
Place 9 of your 10 biscuit dough pieces on top of mixture, you will have 1 extra biscuit.
Bake in oven for 14 minutes. Just before the time is up, melt margarine and add diced garlic and oregano. Remove dish from oven and using a small spoon drizzle your garlic butter over top of all your biscuits.
Return to oven for 6-8 minutes, until your biscuits are a golden brown. Makes 9 servings at 7 freestyle smart points or 5PP

Just whipped up these Double Strawberry Sugar Cookies 🍓✨. They’re bursting with berry flavors and draped in creamy icing. Perfect for sharing (or not)!
Ingredients:
3 cups of freeze-dried strawberries
2 sticks (1 cup) of salted butter, room temperature
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt
1/3 cup of high-quality strawberry jam
For the Icing:
2 ounces of cream cheese
2 cups of powdered sugar
1/4 cup of hot milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Directions:
Begin by transforming your freeze-dried strawberries into a fine powder using a blender.
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cream together the butter, sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy, then beat in the egg. Gradually mix in the flour, baking soda, a portion of your strawberry powder, and salt. Stir in the strawberry jam.
Shape the dough into balls and arrange them on your prepared baking sheet. Bake for 8 minutes, then tap the baking sheet lightly to flatten the cookies. Return to the oven for another 2-3 minutes.
For the icing, blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, hot milk, vanilla extract, and the remaining strawberry powder. Adjust the consistency with more milk if needed. Dip the cooled cookies into the icing or drizzle it over the top.

Ingredients:
- ¾ cup orange soda
- ⅔ cup vanilla ice cream (approximately 2 scoops)
- ⅔ cup orange sherbet (approximately 2 scoops)
- 3 tbsp whipped cream for topping
- Orange slice and cherry for garnish (optional)
Directions:
1. In a blender, pour 3/4 cup of orange soda.
2. Add 2 large scoops of vanilla ice cream to the blender.
3. Next, add 2 large scoops of orange sherbet.

Homestyle Chicken and Gravy Recipe
Ingredients:
2 large chicken breasts split lengthwise into thinner breasts; or 4 medium/small chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
kosher salt & black pepper
3 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon chicken base (we recommend Better Than Bouillon brand)
4 tablespoon all purpose flour
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups chicken stock
½ cup water
¼ cup heavy cream *Optional!!
Serving
Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes
Instructions
Recipe Note: The only salt used in this recipe is to lightly season the chicken breasts. Don't add extra salt while making the gravy. There is enough salt from the seasoned chicken, chicken base, and chicken stock. Taste the gravy at the very end to see if it needs additional seasoning.
In a small bowl mix together the flour, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Set aside.
4 tablespoon all purpose flour,½ teaspoon onion powder,½ teaspoon garlic powder
Season the chicken breasts lightly with kosher salt and pepper.
In a large skillet over medium heat add some olive oil and cook the chicken breasts, about 5 minutes per side, until the chicken reaches 165℉ internal temp.
2 large chicken breasts split lengthwise into thinner breasts; or 4 medium/small chicken breasts,kosher salt & black pepper,1 tablespoon olive oil
Remove the cooked chicken from the pan and set aside.
Lower the heat to medium-low, add the butter and chicken base to the pan and stir to help it melt.
3 tablespoon butter,1 tablespoon chicken base
Sprinkle in the flour-onion powder-garlic powder mixture and stir it well so that it forms a roux. Let it cook, while stirring for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Slowly pour in the chicken stock and scrape up all the bits from the bottom of the pan. Add the water and whisk it well so there are no lumps. Let it simmer until it is thickened to desired consistency.
2 cups chicken stock,½ cup water
Pour in optional heavy cream.
¼ cup heavy cream
Shred the chicken if desired and then add back to the gravy along with any collected juices. Let it simmer together for a few minutes.
Taste the gravy and see if you need additional seasoning.
Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
Excellent with peas on garlic bread on the side.

Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken
Ingredients
2-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts.
4 minced garlic cloves.
4 tbsps of brown sugar.
3 tsps of olive oil.
Directions
Sauté the garlic with oil in a small sauté pan until tender, turn off the heat and stir in the brown sugar.
In a lightly greased casserole dish, place the chicken breasts and cover with the garlic and brown sugar mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
In a preheated oven to 500° bake for 15 to 30 minutes and enjoy!
Easy, peasy and sweet! I serve this chicken with some rice and veggie salad, it’s so good! When I cook this, I usually place a layer of tinfoil in the casserole dish and spray it with cooking spray so i can easy clean the casserole!

Crispy Hashbrown and Sausage Bites
Ingredients
* 8 ounces softened cream cheese
* 4 cups frozen shredded hash browns
* 1 pound ground breakfast sausage
* 1 ½ cups Bisquick
* 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
FIRST STEP:
Preheat the oven to 400*
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
SECOND STEP:
In a mixing bowl combine the sausage, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, hash browns and the bisquick.
Stir until well combined
THIRD STEP:
Using a scoop or your hands, make balls about 1 ½ inches in size, place on baking sheet
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
Serve and enjoy!

Crab Rangoon Egg Rolls
Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened at room temperature
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. soy sauce
¼ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
¼ cup green onions, thinly sliced
½ lb. jumbo lump crab meat, drained/dried to remove excess moisture
1 dozen egg roll wrappers
Egg wash (1 egg + 2 teaspoon water) or water
Vegetable oil for the frying method or nonstick spray for the air fryer method
Directions:
Make the crab filling: In a large mixing bowl or bowl of a stand mixer, add cream cheese, sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and mix until totally smooth. Then, add in the green onion and crab and mix on low speed to evenly disperse. Chill the crab filling for at least 1 hour (up to 24 hours).
Form the egg rolls: Working one at a time, add 2-3 tablespoons of crab filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper and brush the edges lightly with egg wash or water. Roll the wrapper gently but tightly around the filling in a log shape to seal.
Pan-fry method: Add 1-2 inches of oil to a Dutch oven or heavy-bottom saucepan and preheat the oil to 350°F. Carefully add the egg rolls in batches of 3-4 at a time and fry for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Drain the egg rolls on a plate lined with paper towels or a wire rack set.
Air-fry method: Preheat the air fryer to 325°F. Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray, add the egg rolls in batches of 4-6 at a time, and spray the egg rolls liberally with nonstick spray. Cook the egg rolls for 3 minutes, then flip them over and cook for 2-3 more minutes until golden brown and heated through.

2 pounds baby carrots
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup honey
4 garlic cloves minced or 2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Cracked black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
Melt butter in a pan or skillet over medium-heat. Pour in honey and cook, while stirring, until completely melted through the butter. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant while stirring.
Add the carrots and allow the sauce to thicken for a further minute, while tossing the carrots through the sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer carrots to a large lightly greased baking sheet in a single layer so they cook evenly. Roast for 20 minutes at 425°F , or until carrots are fork-tender. Broil for 2-3 minutes on high heat to crisp/char the edges. Top with parsley before serving.

Magic Lemon Cobbler 🍋
Ingredients:
½ cup (1 stick) butter
1 cup flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon extract
21 ounce can lemon pie filling
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the stick of butter in a 9x9-inch square baking dish and put it in the oven to melt for 3-4 minutes until fully melted. Remove from the oven and set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the sugar and whisk to combine.
Pour in the buttermilk, vanilla extract, and lemon extract, and whisk just until combined.
Pour the batter evenly over the melted butter in the pan (do not stir).
Spoon the lemon pie filling over the batter.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45-55 minutes until the edges of the cobbler are golden brown.

Start your day with a hearty and delicious breakfast that’s incredibly easy to prepare. This Crockpot Sausage Breakfast Casserole combines smoky sausage, creamy mushroom soup, and melty cheese with perfectly cooked hash browns, all in one convenient crockpot. Perfect for a lazy weekend brunch or a busy weekday breakfast.
Ingredients
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
32 ounces hash browns (1 frozen bag, defrosted)
14 ounces smoked sausage, diced
1 small yellow onion, diced
1 ½ cups grated cheddar cheese
½ teaspoon thyme
½ teaspoon parsley
Directions
In a saucepan, simmer the cream of mushroom soup and milk for about 2-3 minutes.
In the slow cooker, place the hash browns, sausage, onion, and 1 cup of the cheese.
Pour in the cream of mushroom mixture and stir well.
