Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🎀 is one very close to our hearts at Spoonful. Memories of beautiful souls sadly lost makes supporting those currently fighting even more precious and dear. We won’t be using this angle to drive up sales by “donating a percentage” - we’re just going to make a donation to our chosen charity in their names. We wont be bombarding you at checkout to “round up”. We wont be asking you for anything - apart from to check yourself, keep up with health checks and make sure those around you are too. Thank you 💕💕💕

It’s been a hot minute since I showed my face - so here I am - Hey! Hello! Alright? Im Carly - or Oats & Barley to my family (they do love a nickname and rhyming slang 😎) Owner of Spoonful Of Britain - or ‘Spoons’ as we call it (see?). A mum to two beautiful girls you may see cajoled into helping out in the shop now and again. A die hard West Ham fan (IRONS ⚒️), avid reader and tea drinker, amateur knitter and recently obsessed with planter gardening and bird watching I realise Ive hit middle age with a very classic bang 😂 I love how my community, Simsbury and beyond, embrace my little shop and tearoom and continue to support Spoons - thank you from the bottom of my heart. 🥰 Ps I can in-fact ‘split the G’ on a ‘baby’ Guinness! 😂😂😂 A Spoonful Of Britain 🇬🇧 Simsburytown Shops
