This month, Pat will welcome the New Moon through her healing vibrations of bowls, gong, chimes and resonant instruments. Be still in the candlelight as the sounds take you to into deep rest. Leave with a release of the old and an invitation to start new.

Co-owner of The Lucky Gut Collective and The Children’s Clubhouse, Lori brings together her passions for early childhood development, health and wellness.
A Certified Health Coach through The Institute of Integrative Nutrition, Lori also has 15 years of strength training experience and four powerlifting medals under her belt- 3 gold, 1 silver!
And she’s not finished learning! She’s currently working toward her NASM Personal Trainer Certification.
Her unique combination of experience and expertise brings another dimension to our mission of making wellness accessible, practical, and part of everyday life.
