We're honored to announce that Waste Not Want Not Community Kitchen in Granby has been selected as the recipient of 10% of the profits from our Harvest & Hearth Market on September 19!

For nearly 20 years, this incredible nonprofit has brought our community together by serving free, healthy meals every Wednesday, providing emergency food and essential supplies, and creating a welcoming place where everyone belongs.

Oh boy! Did we make some magic last night in our kitchen! 🪄 🎩

Co-Owner & Certified Herbalist, Michelle, rolled up her sleeves to teach a perfect beginners fermenting and pickling class.

Together, they made a refrigerator pickle brine and pickled garden fresh cucumbers, a "this can't be that easy" sauerkraut, and lacto-fermented carrot sticks.

Each of these recipes comes with it's own gut (body) health benefit. Learning how to make them, along with the tips, tricks, and food safety know-hows, elevated the participants kitchen and gut health game.
