5 Star Beef was born from a simple love for cattle, good food, and a desire to do better for our families.
Behind 5 Star Beef is one of our favorite local couples, Harry & Ellen Shaheen. Two people who have dedicated themselves to raising cattle and providing the kind of beef they’re proud to put on their own table.
But this story goes deeper than cattle.
Through their own health journey, they began taking a closer look at what we eat, where our food comes from, and the impact those choices can have on our bodies. The more they learned, the more they realized just how much of what we put on our plates matters.
That realization became the beginning of 5 Star Beef.
What started with a passion for cattle grew into a mission to make quality beef something families can feel good about serving. Beef that comes from a source you can trust. Beef raised with care. Beef you can bring home and feel confident putting on the table for the people you love.
Because at the end of the day, 5 Star Beef isn’t just about selling beef.
It’s about knowing where your food comes from.
It’s about being intentional with what you feed your family.
It’s about supporting local agriculture.
And it’s about bringing good, honest beef back to the family table.
