Hi Friends,
How in the world are we already at the end of August?! Summer absolutely flew by this year.
We've got another great lineup at the market this week, and I'm especially excited to have Fresh John Dory back in the case. If you've never tried it, don't let the funny name scare you! It's a mild, slightly sweet white fish with a delicate, flaky texture. A little butter, lemon and seasoning is honestly all it needs.
We also have Fresh Jumbo Soft Shell Crabs for only $11 each, beautiful Grouper, Wild Alaskan Coho Salmon and our All Lump Crab Cakes for $8.99 each.
And if you're looking for an easy dinner this week, wait until you see what the kitchen made. The Seafood Lasagna is calling my name!
