Hey everyone! We're still around. We had a small dry spell with pigs due to breeding issues for some strange reason, but then in December and January we had a bunch of pigs hit the ground all at once. It was a challenging time due to the time of year and how we typically farrow in 2 open pen units, but we made it work. We will have those pigs available for purchase in early July. Currently we have a few locker appointments available for mid to late May. Message us to get an appointment set for your Midtown Meishans pork!

Thank you Dan Sara Winterfeld for the business and the promotion of our Midtown Meishans ! We love hearing feedback from our customers. The Winterfelds first tried our pork in some retail cuts, but soon realized that a whole hog split with some friends was their next purchase! We are glad you enjoyed that Christmas ham!

Pulled pork for Thanksgiving? Why not?! Not everyone likes turkey, but lots of folks love ham! Why not try one of our fresh ham roasts smoked and pulled for a different dinner table option! We have those roasts at a discounted price of $4.50 per lb with a 3lb average each. We also have fresh ham steaks which are really good smoked as well! Here is our current price list on cuts, but remember you can purchase a half or whole hog as well and make the cuts cheaper and done up just the way you want it! Appointments set for mid December and early January. Reserve yours now! Sausage patties: $6/lb. Bone in chops: $7/lb. Bacon: $8/lb. Brats: original: $7/lb, cheddar: $7.50/lb, cheddar and jalapeno: $8/lb. Ham steaks:$6/lb. Picnic Roasts:$5/lb. Pork Butts:$6/lb. Baby back ribs:$7/lb. Italian sausage: $6/lb. Let us know if you would like to fill our November appointment and fill your freezer in the process! Oh....by the way, this November appointment will qualify for our October Pork Month discount if filled soon!

Product Highlight! Midtown Meishans pork paired with Highland Post Woudstra Meats processing make for amazing products, and our brats are no exception! We now offer original, cheddar cheese, and jalapeno cheddar brats. Whether it's a family meal or tailgating at your favorite football venue, our brats are sure to please! Pick some up for your next grilling event. Original brats are $7/lb, cheddar brats are $7.50/lb, and cheddar jalapeno are $8/lb. The flavor is worth every penny! Remember, specials are on during October Pork Month!
