Spring/Summer grilling is upon us! We will have plenty of Midtown Meishans locker appointments available soon! The majority of these amazing looking animals will be ready for processing mid July to stack your freezer and feed your family (and friends if you're a good sharer🙂). Haven't tried us yet? Start off with a selection of meat choices from our commercial freezer to try the best pork around, then we can discuss your half or whole hog purchase(which saves you money!). Also remember, we are a distributor of Big Al & Sons Smoke Shack "Uncle Lee's" sweet and savory bbq rub. Put it on any of your Meishan pork to enhance the flavor even more! Hey everyone! We're still around. We had a small dry spell with pigs due to breeding issues for some strange reason, but then in December and January we had a bunch of pigs hit the ground all at once. It was a challenging time due to the time of year and how we typically farrow in 2 open pen units, but we made it work. We will have those pigs available for purchase in early July. Currently we have a few locker appointments available for mid to late May. Message us to get an appointment set for your Midtown Meishans pork!
