Saturday night we were up at 230am to put meat on , it was so peaceful and quiet. The moon was full , sometimes we are so tired we get the work done and head back to bed but that night we took some time to take it all in .

Make sure you come out to Vern Eide Power House Starting at 11am. We will be there serving our bbq. Indian demo going on also . We will have our main menu and also slow smoked pork ribs , shredded chicken, and our newest sandwich the Carolina Brisket ( brisket sandwich topped with slaw and tangy mustered bbq sauce). Make sure you stop by and grab some food after you test drive some bikes .

To all my buddies that have a food truck and book through Street Food Finder . We wouldn’t pay a three dollar booking fee , so we contacted the customer directly and booked . Yeah guess since we still didn’t pay the three dollars they didn’t book us . Didn’t find out tell I talked to them over the phone this morning asking where to park . And that was ten min ago . Food all hot and ready to go . I’m beyond boiling point
