🍻NEW BEER - HUMILITY 🍻

Here's the thing about brewing IPAs — they have a way of keeping you humble. Every batch teaches you something new, every hop combination keeps you guessing, and just when you think you've figured it out... you brew another one anyway.
So we named this one accordingly.

Humility is our newest Hazy New England IPA, and she is anything but modest. We loaded this one up with Riwaka, Amarillo, and Citra hops for a juicy, soft-as-a-cloud pour that'll make you wonder why you ever drank anything else.
Bright. Hazy. Dangerously drinkable. ☁️🍊🌿

🕵️ True to form, you can only find her at Covert — exclusively at the taproom. Come in and grab a pint, or snag some cans to go and keep the haze going at home.

🐾 Barley's Back

She's playful. She's a little wild. She'll absolutely steal your spot on the couch and you'll let her because she's perfect.

We loved her so much we named a beer after her. And honestly? The beer lives up to the name.

Barley is our Hungarian Oak conditioned Barleywine, aged with cinnamon and a blend of Mexican and Ugandan vanilla. It's bold, complex, warm, and just a little bit irresistible. Like the good girl herself.

Rich malt character. Whispers of oak. Cinnamon spice. A vanilla finish so smooth it should be illegal.

This beer has an origin story.

Somewhere out there, a cat — unbothered, unrepentant, and absolutely feral in the most domestic way possible — opened a container of blueberry muffins and ate the top off of every. single. one.

No remorse. No explanation. Just tiny little paw prints and a trail of muffin carnage.

We were inspired.

Murder Mittens is our Blueberry Muffin Sour Ale — brewed with real blueberries and all the warm, baked goodness of a fresh muffin, with a tart sour finish that hits like a cat who knows exactly what they did and doesn't care.

It's soft. It's fruity. It's a little bit chaotic. It's perfect.

🎶 "Hush, hush, keep it down now…" Sorry, we can't. We're way too excited about this one.

Meet Voices Carry — our big, hazy, ridiculously juicy Double NEIPA clocking in at a very sneaky 7.6% ABV. It drinks like a cloud. A delicious, tropical, mango-passionfruit cloud that you absolutely did not intend to have three of. 🥭☁️

We went absolutely wild with malted and flaked oats for that signature pillowy, silky-smooth body, then piled on Citra, Krush, and New Zealand Cascade hops until things got properly out of hand. Soft, tropical, and citrusy up front — with just a sneaky little bit of dankness creeping in at the end to let you know this beer means business. 🍊🌿😏
