We made it to February 🤍
�First and foremost—thank you for all of the kind comments. We have read every single one, and we truly thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Never in a million years did we think we’d make thousands of burgers in our sweet little pastry shop… but we did. Saturday was absolutely wild.
We captured a few photos for memory’s sake, but truly—thank you. Win or lose, we had an absolute blast.
A huge shout-out to our CHP team. We could not have done this without you. We’ve never experienced this level of business, and you all stepped up in the most incredible way. We are so proud and so grateful.

It’s officially the LAST DAY of Burger Battle.
Never in a million years did we imagine the response this burger would receive.

Since January 2nd, you have shown up every single day. You waited in line. You brought smiles, patience, kindness, and genuine gratitude — all for a burger. And the truth is… we are the grateful ones.

You’ve encouraged us, supported us, and cheered us on from day one. Thank you for the smiles. Thank you for the patience. Thank you for showing up. If we could hug each and every one of you, we would. Truly.

Burgers start at 11am, and once we’re out — we’re out.

One of the biggest questions we’ve been asked is: Will you bring the burger back?
And the answer is YES. As a pop-up or for special occasions, we will absolutely bring it back. Stay tuned. 😉

A quick rundown for the week — but first things first: THANK YOU.
My gosh… never in a million years did we expect this kind of support. We are beyond grateful. Thank you for your patience, your kindness, and for showing up the way you have.
Yes, the line can get long — but we move fast! Once you place your order, ticket time is under 10 minutes (often closer to 5).
A few important notes:
• We aren’t able to take preorders or phone orders
• Burgers are first come, first served
• We have been selling out, and while we hate that, we’re limited in how many we can produce each day alongside our full pastry menu

Today is Day 2 of Burger Battle, and wow—you showed up yesterday, so we significantly upped our burger count today!

Burgers start daily at 11am for lunch and again at 4pm for dinner—while they last.

Onion smash burger, cheddar, bacon, CHP sauce… all wrapped in a warm, buttery duck-fat croissant.
