🦌 This weekend is the Youth Deer Hunt! It's also supposed to be quite toasty outside. We recommend getting us your deer ASAP so we can get it down to proper temps in our cooler. If it's outside of our normal hours, give us a call and we'll arrange to meet you.

🐻 Bear season is also close to wrapping up. We continue to take in whole bear and bear trim. If you have trim that you would like made into sausage, please bring it in sooner rather than later. Once we start with our bear sausage making, that's it - there won't be another time until after next year's season for bear to be processed!

We've uploaded our Venison and Bear processing sheets to get your mind thinking about options... 🤤

Block & Cleaver will have a tent at Cranberry Festival right outside of Farmboyz Mercantile . We will be sampling our Cranberry Wild Rice Summer Sausage, the Northwoods Snack Stick (Cranberry, Wild Rice, and Cheddar) and our Fennel & Cheddar Snack Stick. Farm Boyz Mercantile will be featuring our Cranberry brats for you to enjoy while you explore the vendors. All of these products, plus more, are stocked at Farm Boyz and available for purchase.

🦌If you are planning on taking your bow into the woods, we can help you after your successful hunt. We offer full processing and a variety of sausage options that are sure to please your taste buds.

🌡️With the warmer weather, we recommend getting your harvest to us as soon as possible so it can get cooled out properly in our cooler. The nights right now are not cool enough to hang a deer overnight. If you recover your deer later in the day, please call us right away to arrange drop-off.
