Bierstacheln! A traditional German technique of dipping a glowing hot metal rod into a beer (usually dark) for a few seconds. The sugars caramelize creating a marshmallow silk foam. The foam is warm and smooth but the beer below only changes a few degrees. Come in this Saturday from 1-4pm and taste it yourself with our winter ale, ‘Wondering What’s Open’, now on tap.
