Every June, Sisters fills up with cowboys, cowgirls, ranch families, volunteers, stock contractors, and folks who just love this town.

We’re honored to be a small part of it.

This year we’re opening up the lawn and keeping things simple:

Last week, we had the privilege of creating a four-course dinner for an evening with acclaimed authors Robert Macfarlane and Ellen Waterston at Paulina Springs Books.

Inspired by Macfarlane’s writing and our connection to the landscapes of the Pacific Northwest, we built a menu around foraged ingredients, wild foods, and the stories they carry.

🍄 Wild Mushroom Bruschetta with locally foraged morels
🌿 Spring Delights with fiddleheads, wild onions, and arugula pesto
🐟 Wild King Salmon with elderberry and huckleberry compote
🌲 Grand Fir-infused Woodsman Truffle

These are the kinds of events that remind us why we do what we do—bringing people together through food, place, and story.

Today only we’re popping up noon to 2 and 5 PM to 8 PM at the Haven Coworking facility. We’re very proud to be part of serving some food today for Ted X Bend as this event hasn’t happened since 2019 and I don’t know about you but we love listening to Ted talks all the time they got some killer speakers. We’re serving up some killer specials as well from our barbecue turkey sandwich or our gaucho sandwich which is chimichurri pickled onions seared brisket on a bun some of our other favorites too from our nachos to our chicken sendies. Come say hi have some grub.
