A: We recommend using applesauce, or banana for muffins and quick breads, etc. They create a delicious flavor but a softer texture for Waffle or Pancakes. For waffles or pancakes we recommend a flax or chia egg (lots of simple recipes you can Google). You will use about 1/4 cup measurement for the substitution (1 egg= 1/4 cup).
