We dropped off 3 pigs to Ben's Butcher Shop to be processed. This family owned butcher shop has given us and our customers awesome service everytime!

WS Family Farm has farm fresh pork headed to the butcher towards the end of February! $1.85/lb hanging wt plus processing. Processing will be done at Bens Butcher Shop in Six Lakes, MI. Currently there are 3 up for grabs. We sell them in Whole or half hogs. We should have more available early fall as we believe one of our gilts is expecting🤞

Teacher appreciation week may be over, but there is still time for end of the year gifts!! These cute keychains and sticky note holders are made out of wood, painted, and then mod podged to seal them!

The mail-lady requested new numbers for our mailbox so Eli and mom did a little crafting today!

Everyone meet Eli's new baby, Cobalt. All of his siblings have their own pigs, so when we decided to get a boar and start breeding our own, it just made sense for Eli to be his "owner". He absolutely loves Cobalt and we are excited to watch him grow and to breed him to our Duroc gilt and our Berk/Hamp sow.

The kids weighed their sheep in on Saturday and got their pigs all tagged and ready to go for fair! They have been working really hard with their animals so far this spring and are really excited to show them off in July at the Mecosta County 4H Fair! They will not only be showing their animals, but also selling them at the end of fair week if you are looking for a little extra meat and to support the kiddos!!
