This year’s pumpkin patch was a battle against nature. We had a super wet spring and then a very dry summer. We planted so many seeds but right off the bat, the slugs were a real problem and ate so many of the seedlings. Once we got past that, the groundhogs decided to treat the patch as their own buffet.😑 We really didn’t know what would be left. Luckily, we had a great harvest and family, friends and neighbors will still get Kabat Pumpkins. 🎃
