One of my favorites as a child, this shredded chicken soup is poured over rice or eaten side by side. The broth is light but flavorful & citrusy from aromatics lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and fresh lime juice. It is garnished with fresh Thai basil and and garlic ginger oil and optional Thai chili dipping sauce for a little heat 🔥
