The rain is letting up and the fog is lifting, just in time for the Orono Farmer’s Market!
I just love how BRIGHT my classic cheese filling looks after I pipe it onto the dough- they’re little heavenly pillows of cheesy goodness!
Come brighten up your Saturday with some handmade ravioli and gelato!
If you can’t make it today, I’ll be at the Bangor Farmer’s Market tomorrow!

The view of freshly finished ravioli 🤩
It’s hard to capture just how satisfying a table full of handmade ravs is!!!
The number of raviolis you can make at a time is determined by the length of your table- I usually average at 150 a run, and make over 1,000 a week to keep your freezers full and your bellies happy!!!
Come visit me and grab a bag of ravs this morning at the Orono Farmer’s Market! We’ll be at the Steam Plant Lot from 8-12!
And don’t forget the Bangor Farmer’s Market tomorrow, on Harlow Street across from the public library from 11-1:30!

BIG NEWS!!!
It’s the first weekend of JUNE, and that means: 3 MARKET WEEKEND!!!
From June to November, I will be BACK at the BELFAST FARMER’S MARKET for the first Friday of every month!!!!
I’ve missed all of my Belfast customers, and I can’t wait to see you all tomorrow!! Spread the word!!!
I’ll be in Orono on Saturday and Bangor on Sunday. I’ve got a fun weekend ahead of me, can’t wait to see you all there!!!

Homemade makes the difference!!!
All of my food is made in incredibly small batches; in some cases, rigatoni-by-rigatoni!! This means that every meal is filled with love, care, and intention.

If you’ve ever visited me at a farmer’s market, you know I always like to have a bouquet of fresh flowers on my table! With market season back in full-swing, I can get them from my fellow vendors!! I’ve got to shout out for this GORGEOUS arrangement, which I get to enjoy all week as I work in my kitchen!!!
