I had a GREAT time yesterday hanging out with Kim and Nicole at the Maine Produce Alliance Farmer’s Market!!!

For those of you that don’t know, the Maine Produce Alliance puts together an incredible stall every year for the duration of the Windsor Fair; it is essentially a small grocery store for the fair-goers, but it is SO much more than that!!

They work with small businesses and local farmers of all types to put together a beautiful, cohesive, and comprehensive display of local foods/goods.
This requires an INCREDIBLE amount of planning and labor to make happen, working with tons of local farmers/purveyors of dairy, meats, produce, baked goods, etc., to provide their impressive array of inventory and to keep it fully stocked for the entire Fair!
I’m honored to have my products there, and grateful to the Maine Produce Alliance for hosting me to showcase what I do! If you have not checked it out yet, it is a MUST at Windsor Fair!!!

“The Daily Catch” is BACK!!!
For those of you who are unfamiliar, “The Daily Catch” is one of my favorites of my gelato flavors. When I was little, Ben and Jerry’s “Phish Food” was my favorite ice cream; now that I make gelato for a living, “The Daily Catch” is my own rendition of it!!
A rich, chocolate base with homemade caramel, fluff, and locally made chocolate fish (from my FAVORITE chocolatier The Chocolate Pan”)— you’ve gotta try it for yourself!!!
