With our upcoming plans starting to circulate, we thought this would be a good time to officially share some bittersweet news.

Later this year, on November 8, 2026—exactly 16 years after the day we first opened our doors—we will be closing B Fabulous Catering.

This decision comes with a lot of mixed emotions, but also with excitement for what lies ahead. With our youngest graduating in 2027, we'll be embracing the next chapter of life as empty nesters and moving out of the area to begin a new adventure.

But, we're not done yet! We still have a busy fall season ahead of us and are honored to be celebrating with so many wonderful couples and families. We'll continue catering events through October, including more than two dozen weddings that we're incredibly excited to be part of!

To our incredible clients, employees, friends, vendors, and community: thank you for allowing us to be part of your lunch dates, evening meals, weddings, celebrations, family gatherings, and milestones over the past 16 years.

From our humble start in the Huxley grocery store, to our food truck days at ISU, and then our move to Slater. We are truly grateful for your support, friendships, and trust. It has been an honor to serve you.

As part of this transition, our building will also be available for sale.

Summer is right around the corner, and our calendar is filling up fast! ☀️

We’re gearing up for a busy season of graduation parties, family reunions, corporate events, and all the celebrations in between—and we’re so grateful for the continued support from our community.

Weekend dates are very limited, but we do still have weekday availability—perfect for corporate events, employee lunches, and smaller gatherings.

If you’ve been thinking about catering for an upcoming event, now is the time to reach out!

For our wedding couples—we have just a few remaining openings. Mainly in Sept/Oct. If you’re planning a wedding and still need catering, we’d love to connect before those last spots are gone.
