I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and we wish you a wonderful new year ahead.

If you haven't done so already... take a moment to reflect on the year past. As I sit with cocoa in hand, I can't help but think of all of you who truly make our season bright. ✨

Thank you to those who support us wholeheartedly. And to those who bare a smile with guinuinity. Thank you to those who have become more then just a customer but instead part of our community. Thank you for sharing with others the things that we provide and for doing so with such great pride.

Hi! Just a friendly reminder from your neighborhood beagle....

We are in 'rut' right now. Which means deer are moving around quite a bit! Please take it easy on the backroads, where deer are ever present.🦌 No need to rush, just get where you're going safely. And without harm to you or others.

I remind you because I am reminded every time I spot a dead deer on our property here. This morning with his/her little nose nestled under a log, an immature deer, clearly hit by a car, dead.

This past September, we needed to call the game commission to put down a deer who made her way into our barn after being hit by a passersby'er. She had two broken back legs.

Please slow down. There is no need to rush. Be safe and protect wildlife. Enjoy the scenery. 🍂🌲🦌

Looking for an extra set of hands next Sunday morning, the 13th, to aid in harvesting trees. Job duties include holding a measuring stick and following directions. Must be able to count. You may be asked to drag trees, collect greens, or gather stumps. 8am - 2pm. Rain or shine. If you, or anyone you know is interested, please direct message us here at the farm.

This position is generally filled by the youngest workable human on the farm. And since our human children are in fact dogs, we would love to borrow one of yours.

That being said, if you are grown up child, and have nothing better to do than follow me around and help me count trees on a Sunday morning, then you're welcome to apply too.

Must have transportation to the farm.

Would anyone be interested in a Farm Fresh Egg delivery!? We understand you're busy, so we're offering Free Delivery of two or more dozen eggs to anyone living within 10 miles of our farm here in Slatington.

🍳- While supplies last.

🍳 - Must be able to pay by Venmo (), prior to delivery. Or cash upon delivery.

🍳- Deliveries will be made on Monday or Friday mornings. Your choice. (You do not need to be there to receive them, simply leave a box where you'd like them placed.)

🍳- Gift a friend or an elder that may have a hard time getting to the store.

Let me know what you think and if you're interested. I'll add you to the delivery schedule for this coming Monday, October 10th! 🐔

The effects of 'Over Spray'....

Please use bug repellents, such as 'OFF', sparingly and avoid direct contact with skin.

Harmful to grass and clover, bees, and beneficial insects. Not to mention, it looks awful in an otherwise healthy lawn.

And remember, if a raspberry doesn't pick easily, it is not ready, please leave it for someone else. Or return later.

$4/pint, or $5/pound.

It's a fairly strenuous walk up to the rows, but worth the view back down. And there's no guarantee of finding a berry. If they've already been picked that day no amount of searching will yield a ripe berry. No matter how hard you stare at it and wish. 🔮😁🤞

And of course, blueberries are always available, now until the end of August.
