🐷 Neil Dierks Scholarship – For graduate students at land-grant universities pursuing studies that support the pork industry. Applications due December 18, 2026.
🐷 USPCE Swine Legacy Scholarship – Four $5,000 scholarships are available for undergraduate, graduate and professional-track students studying fields such as research, education and veterinary science. Applications due December 4, 2026.

The National Pork Industry Foundation offers two scholarship opportunities for students pursuing swine-focused research, education, and veterinary careers.
The Neil Dierks Scholarship, honoring NPPC’s longtime former CEO, supports a graduate student pursuing swine-focused study. The USPCE Swine Legacy Scholarship, recognizing two decades of the U.S. Pork Center of Excellence, is open to third- and fourth-year undergraduates, graduate students, and veterinary science students pursuing research, education, or veterinary careers connected to the swine industry.
