Churro Cheesecake Donut Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar (for rolling)
1 tablespoon cinnamon (for rolling)

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
3. In another bowl, cream together the softened butter and cream cheese until smooth.
4. Mix in the granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
6. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls.
7. In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon for rolling.
8. Roll each dough ball in the cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat evenly.
9. Place the coated dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
10. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
11. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Strawberry Shortcake Candy Apples

Ingredients
4 medium-sized apples
1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup whipped cream (for topping)
1/2 cup crushed shortcake cookies
Red food coloring (optional)

Directions
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
2. Wash and dry the apples thoroughly. Insert a wooden stick into the top of each apple.
3. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, heavy cream, butter, vanilla, and salt. Stir constantly until the mixture reaches a smooth, consistent texture.
4. If desired, add a few drops of red food coloring to the caramel mixture to enhance the color.
5. Dip each apple into the caramel, ensuring it is fully coated. Allow excess caramel to drip off.
6. Roll the coated apples in the chopped strawberries, pressing gently to adhere.
7. Place the apples on the prepared baking sheet and let them cool until set.
8. Once the apples are firm, top each with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle crushed shortcake cookies on top.
9. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Cranberry Jello Salad with Cream Cheese Topping

Ingredients
For the Cranberry Jello Layer:
2 (3-ounce) packages cherry, raspberry, or cranberry Jell-O
1 1/2 cups boiling water
20 ounces crushed pineapple (with juice, undrained)
1 can (14–16 ounces) whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
For the Cream Cheese Topping:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream (or whipped topping for a lighter version)
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
1. In a large mixing bowl, add the Jell-O powder and pour in 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Stir until the gelatin is fully dissolved (about 2 minutes).
2. Stir in the crushed pineapple (with juice) and the cranberry sauce. Mix until well combined — small cranberry chunks are perfectly fine.
3. If you’d like a little crunch, fold in chopped pecans or walnuts.
4. Pour the mixture into a 9x13-inch dish or a large glass bowl. Refrigerate for 4–6 hours, or until completely set.
5. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese with a mixer until smooth.
6. Add sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract, and beat until creamy and fluffy.
7. Once the Jello layer is firm, gently spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on top.
8. Return to the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to set the topping.
9. Cut into squares or spoon into serving dishes. Garnish with extra chopped nuts, fresh cranberries, or a sprig of mint for a festive touch.

Silent Snowfall Christmas Cocoa

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk (or your preferred milk)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows (for melting into the cocoa)

Toppings
- Whipped cream
- Powdered sugar (for a “snowy” finish)
- Mini marshmallows or large marshmallow “snowflakes” (optional)

Directions
1. In a medium saucepan, warm the milk and heavy cream over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally. Do not let it boil.
2. Once the milk is hot, add the white chocolate chips and mini marshmallows, stirring until completely melted and smooth. Add the vanilla extract, stirring gently to blend the flavors.
3. Pour the cocoa into mugs, filling each about 3/4 full. Top with a swirl of whipped cream, then dust lightly with powdered sugar for a “snowy” look. Add a few more mini marshmallows or large marshmallow snowflakes if you like.

Mini Christmas Cheese Balls Appetizer

Ingredients
12 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheese (sharp cheddar or any blend)
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 cup pecans, finely chopped
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
20 pretzel sticks

Directions
1. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, onion powder, and garlic powder. Fold the mixture until smooth and evenly combined.
2. Refrigerate the cheese mixture for 15 minutes to firm up.
3. In a shallow dish, mix chopped pecans and parsley together.
4. Roll the chilled cheese mixture into 1-inch balls, then coat each with the pecan-parsley mixture. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
5. Insert a pretzel stick into the center of each mini cheese ball to serve as a fun handle.
6. Let the mini cheese balls chill until ready to serve.

Ingredients
- 4 cups whole milk (or your favorite milk alternative)
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped cream (for topping)
- Gold sugar pearls (for garnish)
- Optional: Pinch of sea salt for a salted caramel twist

Directions
1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk and milk chocolate chips. Stir constantly until the chocolate chips are fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
2. Add the caramel sauce and stir well to combine. Stir in the vanilla extract for a hint of warmth.
3. Pour the caramel-infused hot chocolate into festive mugs.

Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Bites

Ingredients
1 cup crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup whipped cream
1/2 cup fresh strawberries, diced
1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed

Directions
1. In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix well until the mixture resembles wet sand.
2. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a lined muffin tin to form the crust. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
4. Fold in the whipped cream and diced fresh strawberries until fully incorporated.
5. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crusts in the muffin tin, filling each well to the top.
6. Top each cheesecake bite with crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
7. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
8. Remove from the muffin tin and serve chilled.
