Pierogi definitely deserve a holiday of their own.
Potato, cheese, cottage cheese, fruit… there are so many to choose from. And everyone seems to have their favourite way to enjoy them.
Butter? Sour cream? Crispy onions? Maybe a little bacon?

Because something always smells good in the kitchen.
Because Grandma might let you have that extra cookie… stay up a little later… or do something Mom and Dad would probably say no to. 😉
And because when you suddenly announce, “I’m hungry!” there’s always something good to eat. Perogies.... Pelmeni....

The back-to-school lunchbox challenge every parent knows. What do we pack today?

So, we mix it up. Fruit one day. Veggies the next. Cheese sticks, crackers, snacks… you name it. But Mini Pelmeni stay. Boiled, then lightly fried until golden, they’re small enough for little hands and yummy enough to disappear first! 😉

These little dumplings might just earn a regular spot in the lunchbox.
