🏈 THE SOUTHERN SWEETS FOOTBALL RUSKS ARE HERE! 😂

Well, folks... I learned an important lesson this weekend: Mamaw should NOT make rusk while watching Alabama football.

Apparently, my attention span is perfectly capable of watching football OR measuring ingredients—but NOT both. 😂

So what happens when I try?
I get two Football Rusks!

They weren't supposed to happen this way. But here's the good news...
They are DELICIOUS.

Well, y’all… she’s back. 😂

After a little jelly intervention and a whole lot of babysitting those jars, I recooked and reprocessed the Pear Pepper Jelly.

And I am VERY happy to report…

It's DELICIOUS.
The consistency is PERFECT.
And it's HOT. 🔥🔥🔥

Those jalapeños were mixed with an equal amount of bell peppers, and apparently those jalapeños decided they had something to prove. They've officially earned the 🔥 FIRE 🔥 sticker. 😂🌶️

So here we are on GAME DAY, with a jelly that's ready to bring a little heat to your table!
