Today marks Hector’s tenth anniversary with us here and we’d love it if you’d join us in letting him know how valued his contribution has been! For the few that may not know him, he is the quiet, ever conscientious, and willing to do it all backbone of the Ranch. Eaten our caviar? Hector had a hand in making and packing it. Marveled at how well your delivery was packed? That’s Hector too. Sturgeon filet so beautifully butchered you didn’t want to eat it? Uhhuh, that’s Hector as well. Loving our smoked sturgeon for its consistent goodness, every time? You guessed it, that was Hector again. I could go on and on but to say that we’d not be who were are without him is a massive understatement. So lift a glass with us to say, “Cheers to 10 Years!” to my friends and longtime teammate, - thank you for all you do and who you are! -
